Return Process

  Ensure your items are in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached within 30 days of purchase.

  Login to Portal

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items and attach the generated shipping label, then drop your parcel off at any Australia Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit within 5 business days.
